Rehabilitation Services at the Saddleback Health Center combine the latest in rehabilitation equipment and evidence-based practice with a professional, certified therapy staff to provide patients with the personalized care they need to achieve their goals. We provide comprehensive physical therapy and cardiac rehabilitation. Our goal is to maximize patients’ independence and quality of life.

Our Services
Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Cardiac Rehabilitation
  This comprehensive program utilizes monitored exercises, education, counseling and behavior modification to aide patients in managing heart disease.
• External Counterpulsation (ECP)
  This non-invasive procedure reduces the symptoms of chronic angina by stimulating the formation of small branches of blood vessels (collaterals), which create a natural bypass around the blocked arteries. Patients may experience decreased chest pain, reduced need for medication, improved energy and mobility, and the ability to return to exercising.
• Orthopedics
  Sports specific training to increase Whether you have sprained your ankle or had a total hip replacement, our therapists will help you return to the activities and sports that you enjoy.
• Conditioning/Sports Medicine
  Sports specific training to increase strength, power, flexibility, and endurance for improved athletic performance.
• Geriatrics
  Working to maintain health and assisting patients in managing chronic medical conditions.
• Neurological
  From strokes to nerve damage, we help patients achieve their physical potential and teach compensation techniques to increase independence in activities of daily living.
• Exercising Your Bones
  This fun group exercise class, offered every Tuesdays and Thursday, is for people who have osteoporosis or are at risk of developing the disease.
