Not all of the funds raised for Saddleback Memorial come from community members, contentious businesses and former patients. The hospital’s own staff members make a big difference. They give their skills and expertise during the work day, but they also kick in some of their own money.

More than 100 Saddleback Memorial employees regularly contribute to the Foundation’s employee “I Care” campaign. They donate via automatic payroll deductions. These are cash gifts that help the hospital improve care, services and facilities. These dedicated staffers are true givers at heart that are investing in the health of their community and their own professions.
