Dr. Richard Wasley—Medical Director, Imaging Services
Dr. Richard Wasley graduated with his medical degree from the University of California, Irvine. He then pursued diagnostic radiology at USC where he was Chief Resident. Dr. Wasley then completed a fellowship in Body CT, MRI and mammography at Stanford University with specialized training in CT angiography and CT guided procedures.
Dr. Lokesh AroraDr. Arora graduated from Northwestern University and received his medical degree from The University of Chicago followed by his residency in diagnostic radiology and fellowship in interventional radiology at University California Los Angeles. In addition, Dr. Arora has received his Certification of Additional Qualification in 2001 for Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology.
Dr. Elliot FankuchenDr. Fankuchen received a medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo before completing an internship in internal medicine at Miriam Hospital at Brown University. He then completed a residency in diagnostic radiology and a fellowship in cardiovascular and interventional radiology, ultrasound and body CT at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and a fellowship in pediatric cardiac radiology at Boston Children’s Hospital at Harvard University. In addition, Dr. Fankuchen has his Certification of Additional Qualification in Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology.
Dr. Andrew LazereDr. Lazere graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, where he also completed an internship in internal medicine. This was followed by a residency in diagnostic radiology and a fellowship in diagnostic ultrasound and body CT at Harbor-U.C.L.A. Medical Center.
Dr. Tze-Kong MengDr. Meng graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, followed by an internship in internal medicine at Saint Elizabeth’s Hospital of Boston. He then completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at Montefiore Medical Center and a fellowship in neuroradiology at New York University Medical Center. In addition, Dr. Meng has his Certificate of Additional Qualification in Neuroradiology.
Dr. Robert A. PompeiDr. Pompei is a graduate of the U.C.L.A. School of Medicine and completed an internship at Harbor-U.C.L.A. Medical Center. This was followed by a residency in diagnostic radiology and a fellowship in nuclear medicine, also at Harbor-U.C.L.A. Medical Center. Dr. Pompei is board-certified in nuclear medicine and diagnostic radiology.
Dr. Gerald F. StevensDr. Stevens received his medical degree from the University of Alberta in Canada. He subsequently served an internship in internal medicine and a residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of Alberta Hospitals. Dr. Stevens is board-certified in both Canada and the United States, and completed a fellowship in cardiovascular and pediatric cardiac radiology at Loma Linda University Medical Center and The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto.
Dr. James SutherlandDr. Sutherland is a graduate of the University of California, San Francisco, before completing an internship in internal medicine at the Wadsworth Veterans Hospital in Los Angeles. He then completed a residency in diagnostic radiology and served a fellowship in abdominal imaging, CT and ultrasound, at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dr. Richard Reitherman—Medical DirectorBreast Imaging Services
Dr. Reitherman received a doctorate in neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego and went on to earn a medical degree from the University of Southern California School of Medicine. He completed an internship in internal medicine and residency training in diagnostic radiology at L.A. County USC Medical Center. Dr. Reitherman is a well-known pioneer with more than 20 years experience in breast imaging including MRI.
