At Anaheim Memorial Medical Center, we are committed to providing the new graduate nurse with the optimum orientation experience. From offering a Social Support Group especially designed for our New Graduate RNs to loan forgiveness programs to continuing education opportunities, we are with you at each step of the way. Education Specialists work closely with each new graduate to ensure continuity and oversight throughout the program which includes comprehensive didactic and preceptored clinical orientation, all designed to enhance clinical knowledge while emphasizing critical thinking and professional practice to foster a long term professional success. At Saddleback Memorial Medical Center - Laguna Hills a new graduate training program is held each quarter to assist your achievement of gaining a sound foundation in the physiology and psychosocial care of patients. As a new registered nurse staff member you will be introduced to the philosophy, goals, policies, procedures and role expectations at Saddleback Memorial. We support the concept of Novice to Expert, and value all levels of expertise.
