Knowing the Heart Attack Warning Signs is Critical.

Women usually experience different warning signs:

• Unusual fatigue
• New and/or unusual shortness of breath during everyday activities
  (or at rest)
• Nausea
• Dizziness
• Lower chest discomfort
• Back pain
• Upper abdominal pressure or discomfort

These “classic” warning signs can also appear in women:

• Pressure, fullness, squeezing pain the center of the chest spreading to the neck, shoulder or jaw
• Chest discomfort with fainting, lightheadedness, sweating, nausea or shortness of breath
